Last updated: March 2026

Macro Vision Studio Inc. ("MVS", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide when you interact with our website at macrovision.studio. Please read this policy carefully before submitting any information to us.

1. Who We Are

Macro Vision Studio Inc. is a boutique strategic consultancy based in Canada, operating at macrovision.studio. We work with businesses and non-profit organizations to develop strategic, creative, and digital solutions. Our registered business address is in Ontario, Canada.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide to us through two channels:

  • Intake Form: Your name, email address, company or organization name, website, project details, objectives, challenges, and budget range.
  • Newsletter Signup: Your email address only.
  • Session Data: Anonymous session identifiers for form progress and cookie preferences, stored locally in your browser.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

  • To respond to project inquiries submitted via our intake form.
  • To send you the newsletter you have requested.
  • To improve our services and website experience.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely. We use Supabase (a cloud database platform hosted in the EU and/or US) as our primary data store, and a local encrypted SQLite database on our server as a backup. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized MVS personnel only.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your personal data at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@macrovision.studio. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies on this website:

  • Essential cookies: Used for core site functionality such as session management and saving your intake form progress. These cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized data about how visitors use this site — such as which pages are viewed, how long sessions last, and where traffic comes from. This data helps us understand what is working and improve the experience. GA4 may set cookies in your browser and transmit data to Google's servers. You can learn more at Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Microsoft Clarity: We use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized session replays and generate heatmaps that show how visitors interact with our pages (for example, where people click or how far they scroll). This helps us identify usability issues and improve the site. Clarity may set cookies and transmit data to Microsoft's servers. You can learn more at Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

We do not use advertising cookies or share your data with data brokers. Analytics data collected by Google and Microsoft is aggregated and anonymized — we do not use it to identify individual visitors. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

7. Third-Party Services

The following third-party services are used on this website. Each operates under its own privacy policy and data-processing terms.

  • Supabase — secure cloud database storage, GDPR-compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified.
  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymized website usage analytics. Data processed by Google LLC.
  • Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session recordings and heatmaps. Data processed by Microsoft Corporation.
  • Google Fonts — web typography, served via Google's CDN. Your IP address may be logged by Google as part of standard CDN delivery.

We do not share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
